KISS Symphony: Alive IV

Today In KISStory - February 28, 2003: KISS performs with the 60 piece Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (MSO) at the Telstra Dome in Melbourne, Australia. The performance featured three of the original members of KISS -- Peter Criss, Paul Stanley, and Gene Simmons. Ace Frehley once again left the band and the concert featured for the first time musician Tommy Thayer dressed as the "Spaceman" character.

This would be the last KISS album to feature original KISS drummer Peter Criss. The performance was released as a LIVE CD and DVD titled "KISS Symphony: Alive IV" on July 22, 2003.
