Chris Lee: "I have a great Gene story about going to Rock And Brews last Wednesday morning to be part of the taping for the interviews Gene did for the Craft BeerFest yesterday, where because I got there before anyone, he sat down with me and made me feel comfortable and we had a great conversation.
In addition, I mentioned being a member of the Flora Army on Facebook, told him about my own mom being sick, etc...to which he asked what was wrong with her and then handed me his phone, and said "call her" to which he had a 5 minutes conversation with her showing his concern for health! Something I never would have imagined, it was a surreal, and very unforgettable morning with one of my heroes!"
