Producer Of 'Creatures' Says Ace Frehley Played Some Guitar On The Album

KISSopolis

In a recent interview with Greg Prato, the author of the new book "The Eric Carr Story", Greg revealed some interesting KISS news that has been somewhat of a mystery - up until now?

When Greg interviewed the producer of KISS' "Creatures of the Night" album Michael James Jackson for his book, Michael stated that Ace Frehley did in fact play some guitar on "Creatures".

What tracks he played on are unknown.

Throughout the life of the album, Ace Frehley was thought not to have played on "Creatures" even though his face (for contractual reasons) was still featured on the album cover.

I even went back to the CD and try to find out his style anywhere in the CD, but I really coudn't.
also , I was listening to KILLERS... I wonder where was ACE when the 4 brand new songs were recorded? All leads use techniques that was not Ace at all... listen to Partners in Crime, for example...
I hope this Eric Carr reach Brazil soon.

Take care
