A new Vinnie Vincent guitar model is supposed to debut at the NAMM show, which takes place in Anaheim from January 13 - 16, 2011. There is no information available, if Mr. Vincent will show up in person as well, it would be his first appearance in public since 1996. The last photo from Vinnie Vincent was published from Kissworld in 2003.

Is this a Jackson guitar? If not, what kind of guitar is it?
That was built in collaboration with Tom Pear of Pear Design back in the nineties. VV was supposedly working with AZG inc. (Arizona Guitars) with a new model, but that hasn't materialized either. Then he was supposedly working with Ed Roman on another one, but nothing became of that. This is not a Jackson and VV is not working with Jackson. Search youtube for the "It's Alive" video for the latest semi-incarnation (headstock pictured only). The guitar pictured in this blog cannot be ruled out as what the guitar will look like. However, it has not been made public as to what will be at NAMM this month.
Sorry, that should have read
"Tom Paleki" and not "Tom Pear".
We'll see what happens at the
"TM1" company booth at NAMM later this month.
Tom Paleki IS AZG/Pear guitars but the new ones are being call Guitarmaggedon Guitars! They were made by Tom though but are rumoured to be very expensive! There are 4 of them at NAMM now! A pink/silver, a silver/purple, a white/gold and a gold/dark gold.

Signed. A loving but frustrated Vinnie fan!
