(03/31/10) Gene Simmons Family Jewels is still a hit for A&E.
The second week of Gene Simmons Family Jewels (episodes #2 & #3) grew from last week's season 5 premiere episode. Growth in a second week of a season is not very common in TV. Even the best shows see about a 10% drop in a second week, after a premiere. But GSFJ grew about 10% over the hour.
At 9pm (Waiting Is The Hardest Part) drew 1.756 million viewers, a Household rating of 1.1 and a 2 share and a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic. at 9:30pm (The Demon Turns 60) increased to 1.947 million viewers, 1.3/2 household rating/share and a solid 1.0 demo rating.
